breakfast perfectly adequate

there was a nice variety of items, fresh coffee, and juice for the kids

we used the laundry again which is economical, only $2 to wash but the tumble drier is not as efficient and

pet fee was not disclosed and was higher than others without any perks

easy walk to nikka yuko japanese garden & big municipal park also golf course

the fitness facilities only had 3 pieces of equipment in it

room was good specially the small kitchenette

i thought the $30 pet fee was a little expensive

the fact we got a late check out without extra payment made it that much more relaxing

liked that they allowed us early check in & front desk staff was very courteous & worked to solve our

booking pool and fitness centre and having to ourselves

also they gave us a bar code to scan to order off the menu

the staff were welcoming and friendly which makes the stay more pleasant and i love having room service

booked a room for 8 including breakfast

the bathroom set up was good, the guest laundry was economical and efficient

clean - pool is excellent for kids

children in the pool getting every chair and surface wet

great place, kids loved the pool. breakfast was great for saving some $!!

pool was great - the kids had fun on the waterslide and the hot tub was wonderfully warm and relaxing

enjoyed the pool it was open until 10 later than other places

handycap parking could be closer to the door. otherwise everything was great

hotel has a great location just by one of the entrances of the city and free parking available

location downtown, very clean spacious hotel room. quiet! having breakfast items available

disappointed by the gym which seemed bigger on pictures

i didn't realize the pool and hot tub in the lovely internal courtyard were open again, otherwise i would have brought

there was no bar or decent place

the breakfast bar meal was very underwhelming.

that the kitchen closes at 10 and no other options for healthy food

we arrived after a long sporting day, the kitchen had just closed, but a kind young man asked the chef to stay and make meals for my daughter
