advertised for an indoor pool, wasn't available, very upset 4 year old

my kids enjoyed the muffins and cereal

the convenient location was the best. mostly the facility was clean. parking was acceptable.

the hotel doesn't provide anything for your kitchen, so you'll have to bring your own pots, pans, dish soap, sponge, kitchen towels, utensils

the availability of a smoking room with two beds and a kitchenette is a huge plus

they had phone problems. courtesy shuttle to airport was delayed half hour.

the pool is great in the summer

i loved the pool, i loved that you took dogs, and i loved truck parking.

the pool was clean as well and offered a fun time

extras in the room (shampoo, lotion, etc and in the extra bathrooms outside the rooms like near breakfast), and the breakfast options were delicious and plentiful

clean rooms, wonderfully friendly staff, gym, pool, and a quiet room containing a comfortable bed

and the gym was sized with good working equipment

what we needed for one night of sleep after an 11 hour car ride (not using the pool not using the gym just need to sleep) here's what we found in our room no electricity on the headboard side of

didn’t like that the hotel didn’t have laundry facilities

qline shuttle stop was across the street which made getting to/from the arena convenient

some hotels frown upon a bunch of kids being in a place all at once because of the noise

room, free breakfast, dinner, and drinks, hot tub, pool, etc.

dinner and helping take them to the staff that was cleaning and they brought ice cream out for my kids to thank them for doing such an awesome job

the gym was well equipped for an adequate workout away from my home gym

the pool was so much fun for my daughter and her friend.

the gym is fantastic they have great equipment along with olympic size pool

room service thought it was okay to use that closet 3 times during the night and proceeded to wake

couldn t figure out if there was free breakfast in the hotel, and had to pay for our breakfast

comfy beds, cleanliness, customer service, gym,decor, location, location, location!!!

pool and spa were nice addition even though we only had 1 morning to enjoy

stopped here to rest before driving the rest of the way home and thought the kids could swim but with covid there isn't no breakfast and no swimming pool

, we used the big table in the lobby for dinner and cake and the staff turned on cartoons for the kids

it has a pool and gym but neither of them were spectacular. but at least they had them.

the buffet breakfast was above and beyond what you typically get

we loved that it had a separate living area and a small kitchen
