wifi was an extra cost and this was not explained when making reservations or when checking

there was old food and hair stuck on the bed sheets, room was freezing and heater didn't work, wifi didn't work, mud or poop was on the floor, shower was brown and had mildew, the hot water

the parking lot and the sidewalk had alot of trash.

and there were some shady characters, who looked like homeless people, walking around the parking lot and the hotel grounds

access to wifi dog area complete with bags and trash can

i didn't use, but pool & area was clean

on site laundry for cheap

two breakfast rooms with street views, adequate, breakfast had waffles,eggs sausage,potatoes,

breakfast is delicious.

parking was hectic

i had wifi issues, but not a big deal to me.

location and the parking is excellent for my purpose as i pull a 40 foot trailer with two jeeps on it

to find with plenty of parking, super nice girl at reception made getting a second room a breeze

wifi was great
