didn't use the swimming pool, but it seemed ok

everything was so close. the pool was clean

my 9 year old and i stayed and our room was clean, no creepy crawlies, the pool was great and everything was lit up outside which made us feel extra safe

my kids really enjoyed being able to swim in the pool they love the room

when we visited there was a bit of a cold front so we weren't able to go in the pool but we hope to come back during the summer time and check it out again

age of the property there are random noises going on as we was on the lower floor we could hear kids running round late at night

the staff, front desk, manager, happy hour tender, kitchen, and all the other staff that made this visit very enjoyable

gym didn't have hand weights that were lighter than 10 lbs

heater on the pool broke and we were looking forward to the heated pool

the rooms were very clean, spacious and well equipped kitchen

traveled by myself and 3 kids 12 and under

for kids under 12 was free with a paying adult

the one pool guy would literally toss a football and play with the kids for hours

didn't have an issue finding a parking spot at all and all the employees were very friendly

pool was not as warm as we hoped and kids were always playing in the hot tub

there was a kitchen area and balcony

it would flow better walking through the bar in brown colors to a crisp white elegant setting

good bar down below and great bars & rest's everywhere

the patio at the bar was cozy and we had a great time

large room with kitchen and balcony couldn’t have been in a better spot overlooking park.

i also enjoyed the pool area

the pool area is nice and the area clean

unique with character. i liked having a code to your room verses a room key. pool was great.

jacuzzi and heated pool were a nice haven after hectic holiday travel

prestige hotel offers a beautiful space, an excelente customer service and facilities such as pool, spa, even a small gym, that will make your days special

a grand hotel in an excellent location. informal yet historical. good pool.

unfortunately the pool was closed for renovations but everything else was outstanding.

gym was closed and this was one of the primary reasons i booked my stay

didn't go to the pool because they had a construction i didn't have a chance to enjoy it i really would've liked to

great breakfast outdoor bar is perfect. bedding very nice.

room and kitchen were well equipped, all was there, including paper towels, tin foil, knife sharpener,
