breakfast and the pool!

wifi & cable didn t work at all.

we attended uva graduation and we were allowed to leave one of our cars in the hotel parking lot--very helpful

breakfast was extensive and good

breakfast was great and the staff at the front desk was awesome

pool needed to be cleaned

pet friendly, convenient location (right off i-64 and close to grocery and restaurants), friendly

just wish there was some sort of breakfast included

eggs were runny when ordered, everything was mixed up in the order and the v kitchen was short staffed

pillows terrible, wifi connections were very bad.

the breakfast was super and it was close to fabulous restaurants in historical downtown c-ville

the gym could be better, but it was pretty decent!

i liked how clean the room was, how it was appointed and that there was a gym in which to exercise

good nice lady at the desk arrange for an early check in there was a big help

bathroom was in dire need of an upgrade - the light fixture was hanging from the ceiling, towel bar fell off

bar was late opening, and i was on a tight schedule

rooftop view and great location. loved how pet friendly the hotel was

location was great, as was staff. kids loved the game room.

i booked two rooms and they put us in adjoining rooms which was great, i could have my kids in a separate room

i had nothing to complain about other than breakfast lacked a little in terms of variety, i m guessing due

pool was closed for covid safety but we didn t have time anyway.

room was spacious and had a kitchen! the indoor pool was great.

pet friendly hotel, but there were two large pet stains (fresh) outside our elevator that sat for

breakfast was good but a bit expansive for not to much things

as we were check-in , the the person was slightly rude and didn't even checked if we have free breakfast so if

we appreciated the breakfast vouchers

pet friendly is a huge bonus and room is still immaculate

clean spacious room- pool was clean, kids liked it.

the pool is lovely and it s great there is an outside area so you can feel some sun on your skin

usually there are little info packets about room service, amenities, what local sites were around

no room service/dining options for food from 10am til 5pm

clean, shuttle to cho, l park mi car there for mi trip, and many more

quiet, even on the pet floor
