water in pool was not heated.

it was clean, well-cared for and had a pool.

my room was clean and equipped with good wifi, a comfortable bed and tasty breakfast in the adjacent diner

i liked pretty much everything, clean, comfortable and good parking

we picked it because it rated higher and had a spa

the breakfast was so good, lots of options for there not being much to eat around and staff were always

was i charged pet fee when other bw did not charge me (grand canyon) also unable to get room on first floor

parking is 1st come 1st serve and staff was parked in front of rooms

staying more than a night or two, one might feel a little cramped, parking was a bit tight, too
