the breakfast was actually not so good as expected, they just have some snacks and coffee.

coffee was good. the continental breakfast was adequate! and it was quiet.

i wouldn't advertise free breakfast when they just give you an apple

there was a laundry

staff was helpful with early check in for us.

hot tub and pool area was clean

breakfast and dinner were provided, which was great when traveling with hungry kids

also, the laundry room was out of order

breakfast was better than i anticipated- a variety of everything

all the other ones in the area seemed geared towards kids, this was a very peaceful place for adults with free drinks, snacks, and breakfast

noise from party kids

room above us had kids that ran across the floor all day and well into the night

than other hotels who have kids running rampant

they were not offering room service. i'm sure it was due to staffing which is understandable.

wish the water park was open later and definitely need more parking spots

also, the wifi wouldn't allow me to go to any website with a security certificate or use my vpn

the water park was so amazing! my kids and i had such an amazing time.

and helpful, liked it so much we booked for next year already, plenty to do for adults and the kids
