like the location and the property itself is upkept, well-lit, lots of space and parking

close to downtown. room was clean. ease of parking. friendly staff.

did breakfast area was good maybe a lack of eggs and sausage by the time we got there at nine-ish but

enjoyed the breakfast,the pool and the gym so many restaurants close by we also went to rogers cove and got on the lift lock

the indoor pool is cold, would love if its heated since there’s wnter in canada.

a small motorboat that would have been difficult to maneuver in the parking lot but the owner kindly let us park in the empty lot behind the

i asked for early check in. got that i like the location clean comfortable.

the lady serving breakfast was fantastic and patient with our kids

control over kids during hockey tournaments, and time limits for adults in the pool no kids running wild

were in an accident, my son was injured and the front desk manager let us have a late check out so we could get picked up, even though they were clearly swamped

the pool area is where we spent the most of our time, a fantastic pool and hot tub

the staff were very accommodating, bringing me whatever breakfast and snacks i requested each morning

the staff was thoughtful to provide sit down breakfast (they have a patio) with hot option and coffee - that was a nice gesture comparing to

the hotel itself was clean and peaceful and amenities like the pool and front lobby were welcoming

customer service from laurie she was very welcoming and helped us with early check in we had travelled from toronto and reached early as we had to attend a church

late check out without extra fees and no extra fees for pet.

to parking lot is very steep and causes my front end of car to hit pavement
