clean rooms.. comfy beds.. huge clean pool.... friendly staff..

really it started that we couldn't sit outside our room cause it was a fire hazard and the pool was

pool was green and you couldnt use it

i liked that there was a pool

the next day staff opened the pool for us and it was amazing

laundry room onsite

good wifi too

wifi was down and the front desk didn't seem to care because it never got fixed

you can do laundry there

laundry room broke down. no pool. older property in need of repairs.

kitchen well stocked-everything you would need for a comfortable stay

the kitchen and shared living room were awesome for my kids

in a rambling, historic fully furnished mansion that probably serves singles more than those with kids

i wasnt informed of that prior to my arrivind, it was slightly inconvinient when travelling with kids

kids running up and down the stairs at 9 am on a saturday

lots of room, me and my kids loved the place and would for sure stay here again

the r bar downstairs is a huge plus

cool way to spend time in new orleans - checking in at a bar is really cool, and was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to see in the french

bartender who checked us in knew our names and drinks by that evening

second night in our room someone actually started playing the trumpet outside our door and the bar next to our room doesn’t close til 5 am

the bar downstairs was very cool, and great proximity to everything

wifi didn't work in my room and even though i asked front desk many times i still couldn't access

it was also outrageously inconvenient that wifi was only available if you paid for it

everything! especially the pool and patio

i loved the courtyard area and the pool,the white towel service and the location!

kitchen was clean and adequate for making meals, complete with a full-sized refrigerator, dining

the rooms were very nice with a full kitchen

hosts, fantastic suites full kitchen, living room, 2tv’s

into a welcoming and elegant lobby and then back to a quiet courtyard with hot tub and modest pool
