room was clean, had a kitchenette, newly remodeled, it was a quiet place.. very pleasant..

damage deposit, exterior north parking lot door did not lock, hallways and elevator smelled like urine, shower faucet continuously

additionally, room service response time could be faster; quicker attention would make the stay even smoother

only thing i had any issues was the door adjacent to the parking lot

is a laundry, but dryer didn't work properly, so we spent 10 $ for drying and clothes still wasn't dry,

paula, was very accommodating in the breakfast crew

guests drunkenly arguing at the hotel entrance on arrival, hearing a woman's scream in the hotel parking lot at midnight, someone wandering the hallway at 5a trying every doorknob as they walked),

you have to take your own laundry to the laundry room because they don’t change them unless you’re getting the entire

i loved the little kitchen set up! and the location was great. rooms were remodeled.

there was a laundry facility but no change machine was a big problem!

i requested for a late check out because of this however i was thrown out of my room promptly at 11 am and they gave

early check in

staff also told me i did not have meals for me and the kids included and i showed them my reservation with breakfast included

to stay with kids and have any privacy

gym and pool were a bonus

very nice modern hotel with excellent room loved the pool table in the lobby :-)

not a big fan of the whole “hotel lounge bar scene” but the aloft was near family so i chose it

and our house is not safe during that weather and it was during the covid so no breakfast and no pool but i totally understand that

and unlike the last place when i explained i needed a late check out due to waiting for my ride they didn't hesitate to let me wait it out as oppose to

wash cloths, the housekeeper said she didn’t have any extras and that we could go down to the laundry room and see if there were any there but after traveling i certainly don’t want to go on

it had a nice gym, although we didn't use it, so i can not speak as far as the

trash and laundry over following on multiple levels for the two days we were there and halls smelled of

also, shane, front desk associate got me an early check in, 3 hours early

great staff, continental breakfast is very good. has laundry facilities.

hotel, absolutely ineffective conversation with the receptionist when it came to resolving gym issues during this

pool needs to be heated or warmed the juice in the morning needs to be full breakfast needs to serve sausages as well as bacon and eggs not just
