laundry worker tried to give me 2 sets of towels for 4 people

room had 13 kids in the pool, and i could not enjoy the pool

i liked the fact that the room had a kitchenette and fridge

for change to wash my clothes, which made things easier for me, and i did not have to go to the laundry mat

were able to do an early check in which was amazing since we had an overnight flight and didn’t get any

drug trap with half washed laundry as well as a rude staff including the manager

of bloomberg television - thank you finally, your laundry mat on site

the treadmills weren’t working in the gym

the pool & hot tub very nice

breakfast food - short on fruit a couple days, ran out early on waffle batter

shuttle picks up from w2 entrance near baggage claim at :15 and :45 on the hour

they provided complimentary hot breakfast and unbelievably, a complimentary dinner service along with drinks

laundry services was not available even though there were laundry slip and bag in the room.

i told them i asked the clerk when i checked in for a late check in she she said no problem

the room was clean and modern. the lobby was expansive and the lobby bar was fun.
