for some reason, the kitchenette is stocked with absolutely nothing, not even plastic/wood utensils

i didn't try the breakfast i thought the menu was good

the staff was most helpful in getting a taxi from the airport when the shuttle wasn't available

we had trouble with the atm and needed to do laundry - a super kind young staff member personally gave us some coins as we couldn't get any cash

the noise from the elevator. wifi is very weak and often unable to access it.

only after i checked in i was told that my kids can not use the swimming pool.

staff were extremely accommodating as it isn't really a family type place and i had 3 kids

calvary, rooms are clean, bed supper comfy, amenities, staff super friendly, we were able to do early check in as well

pesky to have to re-enter wifi password regularly but connectivity was good

were able to walk across the road/ skywalk at 5:30am with our two kids

the pool is very family-friendly (pool noodles available)

even able to upgrade our room and give us connecting rooms as we were staying as a family with 3 kids

the pool looked lovely but it's location in the reception area was a little strange!

it was an outdoor pool but it was very warm so my kids loved it so much
