worst wifi i've ever experienced

breakfast was all it needed to be, varied, fresh, & tasty

reception were very helpful, rooms are large and comfortable and breakfast was perfect

only continental bkfst. need to invest in kitchen that meets standards to offer more.

little boutique hotel, personable staff, complimentary wine and cheese and continental breakfast in the morning

no room service if i had to give something.

menu had a good selection great location in center city nice room design, clean and comfortable gym a

would of preferred room service options for dinner food.

friendly staff, cute room, great gym - junior the manager of the connected parking garage was so

comfortable king-size bed and excellent pillows, a very good desk for the laptop to work, and the wifi speed

especially from events on the 12th floor poor room service slow check in and check out

i have three kids and 2 of three are twins so i understand being a parent and what happens to go with it good

the gym was huge

the pool hours did not meet my expectations. no fun for the kids

the ballrooms, the fitness area, the pool/spa/etc, the food court below, the shops, etc, even just walking

no laundry room and valet parking only

concierge & breakfast restaurant fresh home-made oatmeal everyday at breakfast & buffet omelette bar comfortable

we felt safe walking to and from the center, and we had a good lunch at the bar downstairs

room service came fast and food good but people answering phone rude all 3 times every other person

the area is on a college campus and thus, you may encounter loud college kids like i did

there was a little kitchen and instead of a continental breakfast, it was in the room, milk, cereal , bread,

a way to know that the shared bathroom/kitchenette space was occupied

room was a great size and comfortable, the guest coin laundry was a great amenity as well

and walkable, we really enjoyed the sidewalks that were available since we traveled with our pet

kitchen, and excelent location near the temple university

i like the small room and the fact that there was a kitchen.

clean area, multiple locks on the doors, has speedy wifi and the rooms have a functioning kitchen

2) the kitchen is great for 1 person, has everything essential and i really liked the stove as it heated

very clean and neat good safety and air con and small kitchen over all good worth for the money

that it didn't have a shuttle to the wells fargo stadium.

they also have a free bevvy machine for flavored sparkling water, which my kids appreciated during a heat wave

we also had to ask to make the bed for the kids cause it wasn't ready even if we booked a room for four

access to the gym was great

park: 20 min walk, parking wait lines if you drove to the show, taxi was expensive, and navy yard shuttle

parking was convenient, breakfast was good, and everything throughout our stay went smoothly

they have coin laundry for the road tripper

good option for access to philadelphia while still having free parking

rooms near us had screaming kids and it was after 11 pm/

i requested no room service they entered my room even with the do not

there was free wifi

nice size rooms. quiet. next store to shopping plaza. they have a nice pool

they were pet friendly
