pool staff hotel all excellent

great beds, pool and gym. mall across the road

we loved the great breakfast in the morning

friendly staff, great breakfast options, clean, comfortable beds. everything is good

they had great camera coverage in the parking lot, a designated pet area and a laundry room

tub great size pool for kids

pool was nice, spacious

the building is a little out dated but traveling with 3 kids and 2 pets on a budget it was everything we needed

also one night we stayed in the two bedroom with a kitchen

laundry facilities available, as well as a grocery store across the street

and 1 and a half pillows coffee machine that is hard to use wifi that doesn’t work at all laundry for guests that it’s virtually impossible to find quarters

our 5 year old daughter and grandkids so we could spend time together at the pool

the laundry room for guests was fully operational

of broken things, thermostat, bathtub overflow was just an open hole, guest laundry was out of service, needs some updates and remodels instead of just painting over it

need laundry working better. could have more heat also in the room.

even with the entire room being spotless and laundry being completely clean, the mattress is infested with some kind of parasites

washer and dryer were out of order and i counted on being able to wash laundry before the christmas holiday

clerk and breakfast staff were very helpful and aided me in getting my wyndham member information and helping

hot tub/ spa was not available

from a package but it would have been a big surprise to find better in a place with no real kitchen

the pool echoes. kinda loud but still fun.

staff told the rowdy kids were 12 years old and that was old enough to be in the pool area unsupervised

the kids weren’t phased by it but us adults and another guest had to leave and stand outside

indoor pool and hot tub. it was a very nice hotel

floors could have been newer/cleaner. small pool. gym was too warm - fan would be nice.

always feel welcome. good breakfast and fast check in.

is some remodeling going on in the restaurant and the pool areas but it looks to be fantastic and i am excited to see it when it's done

turns out it was the result of greasy towels in the laundry room dryer

they had a shuttle that dropped us off downtown so we could wander about

was told the gym was 24 hour but when i arrived staff said it closed at 10

it seemed like an inconvenience for them to send the complementary airport shuttle that i was relying on as a solo traveler and wasn't available to me when i arrived at

after getting off of work at the hospital, i was given an early check in without any problems

the staff was very quick to respond, but another group of kids showed up about 130

fact that housekeeping knocked and i explained my dad was up sick most of the night and i have 2 kids to pack up and that i was working on getting out of the room

only suggestion i would make is having the restaurant and bar area open later

only thing that upset me was no dinner because the kitchen was hot at 95 degrees

a situation with that many kids and families big garbage cans in the hallway would have been

front desk staff are good at accommodating requests for a pet room and a room area with less foot traffic for a quiet nights sleep

sorry we didn't have time to use the pool on this stay.

internet was very patchy and the tv’s were too dated specially with kids / toddlers sometime you need tv time for them and the current set up did not had any smart tv

it has all the amenities! recliner, kitchen table, couch, and separate bedroom.

like your own duplex with a fireplace and kitchen with accessories and two bedrooms

separate living room, kitchen, dining room, and two separate bedrooms with residential size doors and windows

very large rooms with tv, kitchen, feel like at home

when we needed a ride to the casino they were happy to take us and pick us up

need to keep quarters to make change so the laundry facility can be used

located for short drive to business meetings at northern quest resort & casino plus fairchild air force base
