pool heater was broke so they kids didn't have fun in the pool like they wanted

close to the event i attended, near restaurants, check-in/out was quick and easy, they have a laundry facility, there’s an outside area for pets to use to promote responsibility by pet

kids were very excited about the pool, when we let them swim it was so cold that they couldn’t

we come there since it is close to many stores as well as have an indoor pool and gym

hotel was very clean but the gym was not in operation also the pool was closed down like who has a out of service gym and pool

the smell of marajuana in the hotel, there were drinking of alcohol at the pool so my kids could not swim, the rooms were dirty and felt gritty on the bedding

we got ajourning rooms so the kids could do more

a second time, and was still uneasy about the smell of pool chemicals

we stayed here before. the location is okay. reason for coming back is the kitchenette

we also was poss have a kitchen let room but they said it was for people who pay weekly

bathroom dirty, kitchenette dirty and without any supplies

wanted a kitchenette but was told one bede rooms dont have that ,but 2 beds does, no problem pays the

& clean we just got bar soap an rags an towels no coffee pot

i have 2 kids and a pet

there is a lot of drinking going on outside and other stuff i didn’t want my kids seeing

need a deep cleaning someone kids had colored on the wall and they have not tried to wipe it down or repaint, never seen any
