was nice - however, as we stayed 10 days we started notizing some things: the main issue was the wifi, it was crippling slow, impossible to use, which was very surprising for a 5star place

we had work things to check in on and the kids were unable to connect their devices which made things challenging

the pool area was well kept and sunloungers were very comfortable, however this area was barely used whilst i was there

at the beach area and around the pool get occupied very fast and if you're not an early bird to come over you'll not get

beach towels, the personal was impeccable, professional, courteous, quick and effective, even the room service and maids were excellent and all spoke english so well(

the bar and waiting staff are very attentive and again know their jobs oh so well

the location of the pool it shades over very early in the day around 3pm

the hotel is very close to the beach which also makes it suitable for parents traveling with kids

we also tried the room service for lunch a couple of days which was great value

we liked the pool area and atmosphere in the hotel

pools were not in use whilst we stayed at the hotel also the restaurant and bar were also closed which was a little disappointing

there are two pools and small playgroud available, so perfect for families with kids

the playground and trampoline were a big hit with the kids
