kids enjoyed the pool and we ordered food from their menu and it was really good

breakfast was spectacular, the buffet was fully equipped with everything you could dream of

hotel is centrally located to basic amenities for a traveler such as laundry's, mini markets, metro rail access, and plenty of restraints

lady from room service called yohany (i think that's the correct name or the correct way to write it) she was (-)room service stay to long before coming to clean your room (-)room service hit or miss (+) there wasn't a room service menu, so i called to request for one (-)- room service - restaurant staff and service - wifi (-)poor room service and amenities. no hand towels, no wash cloths, no coffee maker, no hair dryer. (-)re-use (which meant that we purchased bottled water to take vitamins and meds) until i spoke with room service person, who was new to us and not aware of prior days

there were never much people by the pool, maybe 4-5 except us at tops so we always got sun beds
