outside pool would be nice

the hotel has a free shuttle that get you to and from the airport in 15 minutes

the wifi service was not always reliable nor persistent.

bar had excellent food and the bartender was delightful

wonderful breakfast buffet

wifi in the room was claimed, but did not exist

a particular member of staff in the bar gladys went above and beyond when we visited for dinner on our frist night so much so we went

ordered room service because i was too tired to go back downstairs to eat

complimentary wifi is a bit slow

really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi

no vending machines and limited snack bar options added to no room service after 10am.

the gym is fully equipped, and there are several tennis courts available as well

fitness room could stay open later for people who want to work out after the kids go to bed

couldn t sit by the pool sunday morning with my coffee and relax, doors closed off from the gym area

they had three pools and one is for 18 and older so that was really nice not to have kids not splashing around

the shuttle services and drivers are fabulous

spacious, pool was clean, gym was nice

the toilets are extremely low (maybe install a bar on the wall for something to grab onto), and they are also extremely loud when flushing to the

size of the room, the bed was large and comfortable, and the kitchen amenities were wonderful

the breakfast was delicious with many options: omelets, boiled eggs, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, waffles,

outside till afternoon midnight roaches omg ridiculous they were everywhere celine ,bathrooms,kitchen no matter if there was food or not the room smelled funny so i had to be spraying air

wifi, just the free option was very strong

place looks clean but after getting in my room noticed i had roaches in my bathroom and in the kitchen area

not having access too kitchen essentials without paying for a set was extremely inconvenient

it was very clean. the laundry facilities were extremely awesome.
