it had a shuttle and we were stranded at the airport when our flight was cancelled.

my kids room was newly renovated and the tub leaked. it flooded neighbors below from 3rd floor.

they had a decent breakfast (juice, coffee, muffins, cereal, and waffles) you know to just enough to get you on

comfort of beds, pillows. laundry facility offered, size of room, staff fairly friendly.

they didn’t have any washing powder to use or buy for their guest laundry.

lady at the front desk when we checked in was very nice even when i complained about the crazy pet fee

the gym is tiny

than average breakfast, and although the room was a bit small, it did not feel that way

the gym had only the bare minimum to be able to check off the box. the gym was also dirty.

excellent location. the shuttle over to the market was a plus. excellent staff!

loved the shuttle service with jazz and that bikes are available to ride down to river street

they also have a complimentary shuttle from 2-10pm which is perfect

breakfast was great

i did not like the pool was not open but understand the social distance was the reason

we had room service two of the three nights and the food was awesome

maybe some more menu items for the bar area
