pool wasn't open, ice maker was not working

broken elevator over priced for quality gym had no weights. pictures said it did beds were awful

being a member of the rewards program gave me a very late check out at no charge

was accomodating when early check in needed to get out of the heat

staff was extremely friendly and the free breakfast is delicious fresh and great options

i would have liked a gym with more equipment.

it said continental breakfast but did not provide anything. the spa was cold.

i love the indoor swimming pool

advertising says pool and spa - there is one but they don’t let you use it, because they don’t have license

pool was supposed to be heated but was ice cold, the spa was green and smelled like mildew

had a full hot breakfast and staff was accomodating.
