beautiful pool and gym

the gym is small but has all the necessary equipment

special thanks to the two mohammeds at the bar and hamza, the waiter, who went above and beyond

the spa also was short staffed and required some upgrading

the food is amazing and the spa lady karima gives the best hammam.

good free parking available

cannot understand why a high level hotel has a huge bar and terrace and a similar place for restaurant is not available

gym lacks free weights and barbells

for iman in the reception and saeeda for the spa they were excellent in their jobs and

great sleeping environment and nice that they had free parking

i didn't like the parking its was so tight and difficult to get in it

the breakfast is extraordinary

no parking place - in front of hotel 4 places for parking which are always busy

the staff were great, the breakfast is delicious, and the room is so clean

i loved specially the room service, i had dinner in my room with a simple call it was tasty and very speedy

was perfect except the weird smell as you enter the hotel and at the bar where is the breakfast restaurant as well

stayed there for vacation but i met a lady who was very rude with us doesn t have spa room service was poor

breakfast could have more fruit and vegetables options.

and best of all was the complimentary breakfast

very open and friendly attitude, restaurant was also nice with own terrace so you can enyoj your breakfast also on terrace

i did not eat in the restaurant or visit the bar during my stay so i can't comment on the bar or

hotel was very clean. breakfast had a good variety. staff extremely helpful and friendly

excellent choices for breakfast.

the view was incredible and the fact i could lie in bed and look at the swimming pool was a real added bonus

value for money - it was hot - airconditioning not working in the room, and the gym, overall cleaniliness in the room

the central location, free parking, breathtaking ambience, very welcoming staff
