first night a bit noisy. little kids running around the hallway at 1am.

kids run the halls all day

the wall were very thin and we ended up with a family of kids

i have 3 kids and a dog

it even though it was listed in my room reservation the security lock on the door was broken kids running screaming and kicking stuff all down the halls drug deals going on outside all around

a real complaint, but suggest that they could either remove our room service remains and or, provide us with plate lids, so as to cover over night

fitness room was supposed to open at 9 and didn t open till 10

fitness center was dated and old

staff, bar (needed music) food great, room very nice. close to downtown. (+) and the fact that there is a bar and restaurant on (+)the staff were exceptional and the restaurant and bar excellent ud83dudc4c (+)was fantastic and bar area was cozy for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere (+) the staff amazingly friendly and the food at the bar and restaurant also exceptional

it was so convienient to the mineral baths, spa, pool, park, and downtown shops & resturants

i loved the variety of breakfast food

the complementary breakfast buffet was great.

disgusting motel. there was no pool fitness center or laundry

pool should be up, should have coffee and breakfast in the morning

there looks to be a pool, but it was closed

staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great with many options, and everything was very clean

only thing that could make this hotel any better would be an indoor pool

breakfast can have better eggs and there should be a notice as to when the pool is open when booking

couldn’t have asked for anything more. was clean, nice, friendly…the gym was impressive.
