different wifi codes for different floors isn't efficient

took the four of us, myself, wife and two kids

the staff, the food, the room, the bed, the kitchen, the stove, the fridge, the feeling of safety, the elevator

would have been happier with steam bath in addition to the gym

facilities around the pool were disappointing and the spa had no availability on the two days we were there

wifi could be slow at times sound insulation not the best so could be quite noisy until early in

kitchens close early and they don t have 24hr room service

staff are very helpful and friendly good facilities balcony was nice nearby restaurants, pubs and casino

i was given an alternative room which was excellent but without kitchen which i turned down because i paid for
