the beds are very hard and i couldn't get a wifi connection.

dedicated pet area with clean up supplies provided

no outdoor space to hang out, just a parking lot.l

the parking lot is very small and we found ourselves parking in the over flow spot next to the road

our room was very clean and the kitchenette was a bonus

i felt like i was in a basement. i asked for pet friendly and was told no pets.

my kids were exploring the room, playing on the floor, looked under the beds and found many items,

are listed as pet friendly then told me at check in that they do not accept cats

parking, easy to find, well lit, spacious room, very clean, receptionist was very nice

nasty, the floors were filthy, curtains were broken and barely hanging on, i wouldn't even let my kids sleep

wonderful pet are, they snow shoveled paths to and in the area.

fresh coffee and lemon water, comfortable beds, big rooms, very easy to access, pool and jacuzzi 24hr

pet area, beds were soft and clean, rooms were quiet, front desk had warm chocolate chip cookies

the hotel was super clean, they had a gym, pool, jacuzzi, and vending machines

it was a great way to tire out the kids before bed

the free wifi was very weak and cut out regularly

pet friendly

the kitchen

people hadn't been cleaning up after their pets so the pet potty area was pretty gross

had to pay for wifi .

shower was broken and not able to work properly for kids bath

from the service, cleanliness, size of room and the amazing cook at breakfast

we were not expecting a functioning kitchen area, so next time we will bring food

onsite laundry facilities

clean, laundry facilities on site

easy to find and lots if parking

the breakfast is great and my kids love that the pool is 24 hours

location, clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds, fitness center, and a great breakfast bar

there was a basketball tournament in town with a bunch of college kids, and we never heard them

our room was nicer than expected and included a kitchenette

wifi refused to work the entire time we were there

kids were making some noise, it is not a relaxing experience

parking.

plenty of parking around the property to park with the trailer and they staff was so

wifi was super slow and the cable was too

where not clean and rug was soo dirty plus bathroom was worse when my kids where taking shower it was so slippery

my kids enjoyed the hot breakfast

nice laundry.easy access to our room

carpet was very dirty. kids' feet were disgusting, even after they were bathed.

love that i was able to have my pet with

parking right outside of the room was handy

parking is a doddle, right outside your room

when i checked they were willing to accommodate my request for a late check out (1 hour late) so i could make

the room was very clean and spacious

parking lot view only

pet area

24 hr pool...rooms were clean and comfortable. ax worked nice.

no wifi

loved the pool/hot tub open

most important to us was the complete acceptance of our pet

the wifi wasn't very good and the refrigerator was quite noisy.

we ask for room service no service was provided

had everything i needed, except for good wifi.

we were a bit surprised that they did not offer room service and fresh towels for each nights stay

we were towing a vehicle so the parking was not very convenient for us.

we had parking directly in front of the room

easy access and easy parking

no grounds to enjoy or views or amenities outside of the wifi

wifi didn't work.

the kids slept on the sofa bed which had a paper thin mattress but kind of expected for a sofa bed

not enough towels they charged an extra fee to use the whirl pool

it worked perfect for our 2 young kids and our puppy

the pet relief area is sufficient but the motion lights that go on are bright and fluorescent like so
