the garden and pool are delightful

despite have requested on-site parking, only three parking bays are available and they were not long enough for our vehicle so we

parking was available in front of the hotel and there were many more free areas on the adjacent

perfect location and breakfast was lovely

beautifully clean, excellent breakfast, very helpfull and friendly staff

this meant the breakfast room was unavailable so the bar was used for the purpose - they managed

excellent breakfast

the breakfast was exceptional with plenty of choice and a smiling helpful waitress
