bed awful. place needs to updated! wifi advertised but not available in all rooms bad signals

the room was clean and comfortable. the owner was very nice. the breakfast was very good.

there were springs sticking out of the spa tub jets, seamen on the foot rest, and pieces of what appeared to be a fake

i thought i booked a double queen bed smoking room. not a kitchenette with 1 full size bed.

called for a early check in n because my room was not ready they made a exception and got me a bigger room then

kept - clean - staff friendly/helpful hot breakfast buffet was one of the better ones

nice staff, comfortable beds, soft pillows, good food, usable lobby, large gym, pool ,hot tub

parking lot at capacity, toilet didn't flush, water ran out in gym,

the pools were smaller than i expected, and filled with kids, but it wasn't a big deal to us.

the breakfast the next morning was great -- we loved the scrambled eggs and ham

close to our kids place.

3 pillows on the bed instead of 4 and a group of children being loud and rude in the pool and had no adult supervision

the only concern is about the pool was full there to many people for the space

high fee for having a pet. kids make more of a mess than my pet.

no fridge or microwave in the room and smaller pool size compared to the size of the hotel.

there were kids running around and unsupervised, touching everything and not social distancing
