staff were so friendly and very accommodating… we requested an early check in and a ground floor room close to the pool… the room far exceeded my expectations

we always enjoy our stay. clean rooms/hotels. nice breakfast bar. super nice staff.

arrived early and they were able to call us and let us know when a room was ready for early check in

the pool/spa were also really nice after a long day of traveling

really nothing. maybe advertise an extra pet fee but it was not too steep ($25).

soon as i arrived i was greeted, i was also ablento get an early check in

main issue we had was the pool and spa were closed when we were there, the gym was also fairly basic and not fully set up

wouldn’t allow early check in even though i called 24 hours ahead of time and they said they would allow it after

checked in 20 minutes early and they wanted an additional $20 for early check in

cost, except for early check in fee($20) and damage deposit($50) front desk employees were friendly and helpful
