the pool was cold and jacuzzi was out of order

it is clean and the breakfast is good to start our busy day

breakfast was ok for hotel breakfast, not super but hit the spot

liked the kitchen area in the room, the recliner chair, cleanliness, the guest laundry and the location

had a kitchenette in our room but it was not stocked with any cutlery or cooking utensils

the fitness center was nice and big but it was a wreck

we called to ask for an early check in

fact i requested an early check in and was told i would get one but once i arrived i did not get an early check in

we checked in early not knowing there would be a $25 early check in fee

and the pool was nice

conveniently located in lubbock with a great breakfast.

location was not difficult to find. early check in was allowed.

free breakfast was pretty unexistant.

it was clean except the pool was not clean so we couldn’t use it

the breakfast needs some work this is 2nd time we stayed and both times no oj the pool was dirty

they had a room for early check in on the day of my son’s graduation!

a la cart breakfast was too expensive

this hotel has a nice bar with good selection

of hotel it talked about there being an 'inferred complimentary' breakfast as well as a bar in the evening

staff was friendly, i spoke to them as i waited for my breakfast in the mornings

for 5 hours so we had to find another room and pay $35 early check in because i didn't have a reservation when i did but at hotel 6 and they gave my room

the staff accommodating attitude such as free early check in.
