request an early check in and they did allow it

comforter, gym has extremely limited equipment

that's what the gym ac was set too and it felt really nice and cool in there

was able to accommodate an early check in time

was no outside sitting are, no pool and the building was surrounded by the parking lot

they did their best to accomodate us and even got us an early check in

bugs in bathroom, broken screen in window overlooking parking lot

customer service was good, my room was a good size and the parking was great.

someone threw up in the parking lot when we were there and the surrounding buildings had trash everywhere

to let me know my room was ready by 1 pm like you said you would after we arrived at 12:15 pm for early check in
