the pool was closing so it was a little unkept but it’s late in the summer season.

if this is a new hotel but everything looked new, hallways, corridors, our entire room including kitchen (fridge & dishwasher) and bathroom were immaculate

that the staff decided to put chemicals in the pool and closed it during regular open hours instead of waiting til the pool closed

at front desk worked with me for early check in which i appreciated very much

staff accomodated us for early check in,it was a great help since we have kids
