they worked with us for an early check in after we drove 12 hours

not honor early check in request gave us keys to occupied room; took too long to correct then room given felt

staff was friendly, room spacious, breakfast satisfactory,

the breakfast buffet had eggs, pancakes, sausage, biscuits, gravy, muffins, sweet rolls, juices, coffee

called while on the road to ask about an early check in

property was dirty, the gym and pool were in accessible due to maintenance

clean as i expected the swimming pool and gym were closed

and i was able to get a low rate compared to nearby hotels and there were no additional pet fees

i arrived at front desk was sign saying renovations were being done i was told just the pool, laundry room and gym
