early check in and late checkout enhanced our experience

in particular i would like to mention mamdouh who greeted us on arrival and arranged early check in

the private pool villas were perfect

everything was perfect: spacious rooms with attention to every detail, even for kids

wifi connectivity was excellent throughout the property

early check in and late check was easy with very accommodating reception staff

grounds and pool areas

facilities were fantastic (pools, gym, sports bar, sun beds), as was the all inclusive food options

the pool bar was lovely too

the price paid for this all inclusive hotel and spa is worth it in my books

the water slides were great for our three kids, enough to keep them entertained for our week stay and ridha, the lifeguard made sure he added

my kids suggested me to stay another week in the hotel after a 5 days in the hotel

the lead female receptionist, female swimming pool instructor, momo and hamzid *spell check* were amazing just to name a few, but the entire

extremely helpful staff that cater to our every needs they even allowed us to do early check in without additional costs

spa was fabulous, room had everything we needed and was cleaned every day, moroccan breakfast was new to us but we loved it

the food was amazing, the breakfasts and lunches are so tasty

a nice and very clean property, the garden and the pool are awesome.

probleme with parking in hotel

the beds are a really great size and so comfortable with amazing pillows, plus room service

was good, parking place motorbike was special
