i arrived early at the hotel and had requested an early check in, i was informed this was not available and

amazing hotel! amazing breakfast. the best pool ever.

pool, food,paddle and kids club were very good.

the hotel also provides a large free parking area with direct access to the building, which is very convenient

the staff were amazing and allowed us an early check in and late checkout

the reality was a small rooftop pool overrun by screaming kids, the pool water was very cloudy and unappealing, and the impressive white building shown in

the only thing was the pool was a little too cold, but everything else was wonderful!

hotel staff were very helpful and provided us early check in, it was very helpful as we were traveling as a tired family

the bar was 24hours so even though we didn't arrive till midnight we were able to get a drink and snack
