i needed an early check in and they went above and beyond to make it happen. thanks very much.

the swimming pool was closed.

wouldn’t allow early check in even though i called 24 hours ahead of time and they said they would allow it after

cost, except for early check in fee($20) and damage deposit($50) front desk employees were friendly and helpful

checked in 20 minutes early and they wanted an additional $20 for early check in

during a flu pamdemic this was really stressful and having two young kids under the age of 4 this wasn't what i considered a safe environment without having cleaned it

main issue we had was the pool and spa were closed when we were there, the gym was also fairly basic and not fully set up

inside pool, drained dirty jacuzzi, lackluster old gym equipment

the gym was pathetic

staff could work on how they talk to people, and the fees for early check in $40 plus a deposit of 75

room was very clean and spacious kids loved the pool breakfast was great and plenty of options

could have used more pillows, but was able to use some from the other bed the kids were sleeping in

the ev charger was a huge selling point for us

staff were so friendly and very accommodating… we requested an early check in and a ground floor room close to the pool… the room far exceeded my expectations
