i came from out of town and i had called the hotel to see if early check in was available so i could freshen up before an event and the receptionist kept giving

early check in without fee.

i didn’t like that we could hear the guests kids running around above us

requested towels, front office persons said no room service

with having to check out at 11 then back in at 3 if they couldn't cope with a 12 minute early arrival so i went somewhere else where i was greeted 3 hours to early and offered early check

staff was pleasant but i arrived 12 minutes early and was told by someone who may have worked there to just left the phone

we really needed early check in with baby sleeping

the pool had issues it was green they worked on it by the time we was leaving it was better...

there was no water in swimming pool that was out of order
