our stay, we asked if we’re able to come in for an early check in due to an event we have to go to and the staff(raychelle) who helped us made it

the screw in the pool and the area it was in and no cold water in our room

the pool, although small, was great and the kids fun

the breakfast buffet was superb

unfortunately i didn't get to try the breakfast, but pretty much everything else was splendid.

the staff were very gracious in allowing me early check in and cleaning a ground floor room for me when i asked for it

staff was accommodating when we woke late and needed a late check out, as well as front staff remembered my allergy and asked to be sure

our room had a full size kitchen stove, microwave and fridge

guest shares the hotel washer/dryers with housekeeping staff so guest can't do laundry until after 4 pm

room i stayed is too closed to laundry room that the noises was too much at evening

staff was very accommodating as we had an early check in so that we could get ready and go to an afternoon wedding

imagine my surprise when i opened my suitcase to find the same bug on my dirty laundry bag

has coin laundry on site

staff really made me and my kids welcomed

were placed in a room next to a family with kids and a couple dogs

they allowed us early check in as we reached quite early

walk to and from my room with heavy bags, there was no entrance/exit to the back parking lot from the location of my room, i had to go through the check-in entrance every time
