i was in town for a wedding and called for three hours straight trying to see if a could get a early check in and the was no one to answer the phone so i had to go to the property

we did not have time for breakfast but we did get milk from the front desk.

i was using a rental car, but it has free airport shuttle service

everything else was pleasant. the shuttle driver (indian man) was great and professional.

close to phl airport, shuttle is prompt.

they were able to accommodate my early check in without hesitation

hotel was able to accommodate an early check in of 1pm on my reservation

hot breakfast, no gym access, never seen housekeeping until i left

the gym needs new equipment and should also have disinfectant wipes available

we were in town for the taylor swift concert and staff was able to accommodate our early check in request so we could get to the concert early to beat traffic

the shuttle drivers andrea was very friendly, great attitude

hotel shuttle was perfect. rooms were large and clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

cleanliness..and excellent location. breakfast being included is always a plus!

i explained that i will need to do an early check in after driving 12 hrs and was told that i would be able to check in early with out

nice especially housekeeping always asked if i needed anything rooms up to date and clean strong wifi

property is conveniently located near the airport and offers a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, plates, utensils, and drinking cups

our request for adjoining rooms was granted and so was our request for an early check in on atleast one
