everyone was very helpful and nice. was able to accommodate my early check in

the breakfast was excellent liked that there was a verity to choose from

really liked the staff and how accomidating they are, i needed an early check in time and most places will not allow you to check into the room until after 1pm but

one night clerk tried to kick me out of the laundry room

the laundry needs better system a worker said we are not guaranteed fresh towels daily

problem she told me she didn't have any clean ones so i would have to wait 20 minutes till the laundry was done for her to bring me one ( she never did)

the shuttle was great, but when it came time to pick us up from the football game, the desk clerk told

advised from manager this location was not availanle for early check in and did not have any rooms available that adjointed

but the nice manager put us in a room with a kitchenette

food options very close were good, and the staff were actually nice, i paid for early check in, they were ready when i arrived- and even though they made a billing error they

laundry reasonably priced on site, stores within walking , with bus stops near by

gun shots had to lock myself in the laundry room. feared for my life

breakfast was waffles and coffee. there was nothing else available except juice and donuts.

many options at the continental breakfast as we watched the hot air balloons in the distance
