the trip was booked, we asked for early check in because we would be arriving between 12-1 and had a show to get too by 3

rooms nice and clean, early check in was no issue, fairly decent wifi

kids loved the pool

everything !!! the staff were so nice and they were so cute to the kids

wifi was not working and even though breakfast was included i wasnt on the list so they had to go

fast check in. and had early check in.

where kids running on the 2nd floor all night

this time i was put in a corner where little kids was running around and yelling.

went with kids after waterpark

there's a lot of lower class people, lot of noise, not a good environment for kids

rooms near us had screaming kids and it was after 11 pm/

control guest, but best to ask if they know if the room you are getting has rooms nearby with kids

cleanliness of the rooms and breakfast areas

the pool was cool too

at least a playground for them so they can have more fun other than using the pool

technically they had a pool, we payed up for it to play with our kids and then it had been closed for years

granted me an early check in

the growing line of people trying to check in then when i reached the counter i asked to check in early ( noon) i paid for early check in but when i got there was told

they accommodated me with an early check in, which i very grateful

the gym was excellent (and even had free headphones), the views were outstanding and the bed was

floor had kids running up and down the halls very late on a saturday night and people were talking very

remodeled lobby, lobby bar and restaurant are impressive
