manager was kind & accommodating, allowing us an early check in which allowed us to change from our travel clothes into our semi-formal wedding

staff were excellent, from the check in desk to the house keepers, to the bar staff

the pool space was fantastic and the kids had a blast

some of the carpet needs to be cleaned, common areas needed to be vacuumed, the gym had nice equipment but it was too hot and dirty

they don't have security deposit required. they allow early check in and late check out.

gave us 2 free drink tickets for their bar which i thought was wonderful

would be nice if the pool stayed open a little later for guests who arrive late.

our kids played and had a great time! the lobby and sitting areas are perfect!!

inquired at front desk about having the bedding changed, was handed a set of sheets from laundry room

one of the cupboard doors (in the kitchenette of our suite) had broken hinges and was just reattached with a single screw through the

facility was good. it advertises a pool and there isn't one. there is a very nice, big hot tub.

the carpet was shredded in the corners and the small kitchen counter was dirty and damaged and the cupboard was damaged

there is a family restaurant that shares the same parking lot that had wonderful breakfast the next day

at breakfast the hard boiled eggs were under cooked.
