i requested an early check in which they were able to accomodate, we were very appreciative of this after 24 hrs

our room wasn’t ready for early check in, but they have a facility where you can shower and get cleaned up so you can start

a complaint, as it was of not much significance to us, but the swimming pool is tiny and is more of a pool, only
