i had contacted in advance in relation to early check in and it was no problem, we checked in when we arrived at 11am

staff was very kind and helpful, they organised the early check in for me, gave some useful tips

no plates or cutlery in studio kitchen

hotel has no kitchen so no eggs, just bread

also the kitchenette was missing spoons

booked a room for a night even if i would leave in the afternoon so i asked to have an early check in at 9 am and they welcome my request without surcharge

check in, very easy for a stop off with family - interconnecting rooms made it very easy with kids

bilingual staff, secure parking, 24-hour check in, comfy rooms

drink at the bar was really expensive (jack daniels) but the stay otherwise was great value (-) we did not use the bar or have breakfast or use any other facilities so we are unable to review them (+)the modern decoration and bar area and plenty of parking (-)area was rough and the lady in reception who was the bar person also didn t know what wines or spirits

best was that i requested for a early check in at 8 am and they remembered and promptly arranged the rooms we have booked early

downstairs was a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob and all utensils knives forks cups plates etc

spacious with a lounge area, dining area and fully-equipped small kitchen

they have complete facilities for the kitchen and they also have rest area outside

pool staying open until 20
