marta, on reception, was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to help up and allowed an early check in to one of the rooms

long in the lounge, and when i was trying to use my tablet on the couch (with very poor and slow wifi) , they kept shouting at the tv because of the football match

we had problems with the wifi but nobody could help us

we loved our view balcony, the pool area, breakfast and great dinners! the cats!

common areas, reception, bar and restaurant could have a refurbishment in order to be up to the level of the rooms and the

pool area nice to have

good pool and close to beach. we also got an early check in which was good.

great location on the praia, clean hotel with wide pool and friendly staff.

the bar and food was ok. breakfast had very little choice, but what was available was good.

pool was lovely and staff were always very helpful and attentive

staff are very friendly and even offered free breakfast as room service
