we were delighted to be given an upgrade and to receive a complimentary early check in, this made our anniversary trip that extra special

they were amazing trying to help my husband get an early check in as he had been travelling over 24 hours and was shattered

received a complimentary upgrade to deluxe room, high level as requested and the early check in at 2pm was no problem

i have spoke to one of the staff prior to turning up to help me get early check in so i could decorate the room for my girlfriend

a painful experience even after calling days before as well as the day of arrival to confirm an early check in the room wasn't ready till after 3pm

(-)paid for a late check out, due to knowing wed be returning late for sleep, still ended up with house keeping (-) no complimentary for only few hrs late check out

well located near the tube and o2 staff were lovely gave me discount at the bar as it was my first time staying
