i arrived early and they allowed me breakfast and an early check in

usual check in around 3pm arrived at 12pm but early check in was available through booking

security staff, particularly within the parking lot were not pleasant and seemed as though it was a burden to do their job

the parking guards can be at times clueless.

someone entered our room at 6pm, saying it was room service, despite having the room cleaned earlier in the morning which was rather odd as i was

by great staff, all very friendly and allowed an early check in with a room upgrade
