hotel was accommodating beyond accommodating with everything, early check in, valet and above and beyond the call of duty for everything; the breakfast was free

breakfast was awesome and the staff was great

the room had a balcony, fire place , small kitchen and a steam shower, which included use of a private hot tub on the top floor overlooking

our room was a suite consisting of a living room, kitchen area, bedroom and bath

and make it part of the entrance to the bedroom to incorporate more clothes storage and a better kitchen set up

early check in was accommodated

clean quiet close to rv park with bombies

clean/comfortable rooms, fire with smores at night, laundry facility, small quaint hotel

sensitive to fragrances and the bed sheets had a strong smell of laundry detergent that disturbed my sleep a little

it was a nice bonus to also have the laundry facilities

allowed early check in when we arrived early

we enjoyed playing bags and ping pong in the outside area with our kids

also very family friendly with lots of things for kids to do and stretch their legs

there was no room service phone and after hours knowing the owners were there and had kids it seemed unlikely to bug them about small things like the microwave or to ask if the snacks

hostess and her beautiful kids had homemade chocolate chip cookies out every day

they didn’t allow an early check in to allow my participation in a local event

staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs ( early check in due to illness)

requested a early check in and they didn't hesitate to meet our needs

access to the airport and shuttle

the pool had a dedicated lap-swim lane, very rare in hotels, even 5-star hotels

i asked for an early check in and a late check out. they were great about it.

like that they helped us with early check in, we werent planning on arriving as early as we did and they got us right into a room
