we also had no problem with early check in, and we loved the option that we could bring our little dog with us for only 10$ per
allowed early check in and late check out with no additional charges

calling and emailing and being told they couldn't guarantee early check in, we were given early check in with a view of river
the snack bar was convenient for snacks and drinks but out of options one being a whole pizza was
there was not enough seating in the breakfast area.
