very clean, easy check in! extra $20 early check in fee but not bad!! great facility and area

the continental breakfast was awesome, with nice variety

the gym facilities, the location offered well known restaurants and shops

assistance bar in bathroom was poorly repaired

the bathroom was very small and no towel bar to hang your towels up.

for early check in, they couldn’t accommodate due to the lack of janitorial staff

i liked the gym.

there was so much to choose for breakfast it was hard to decide and what i did try was absolutely delicious

the full kitchen was a nice bonus and the bathroom was large and had everything that we needed

small cozy comfortable king bed with kitchen was very nice. we were very impressed.

we are grateful for the early check in and large room for our pet.

hours for the pool, restaurant and room service (relative to the hours on printed materials in the room) (-)phone in the room would not dial the front desk for room service or front desk we had to call the main number to have the calls connected (-)room service never answered the phone. (-)breakfast and no room service (due to covid restrictions i think (-) we ordered room service, the food was very good but was delivered in to go boxes and bags, plastic (+) room service (+)room service is too expensive to be served in paper boxes. (-)room service in soggy paper boxes (-) had to get from room service and they charged $9 for 2 small bottles (-) room service not available

loved the coffee bar and lounge

look forward to being back in horse country and trying the new restaurant and bourbon bar when it's complete
