we arrived early in the morning but they accommodated our very early check in with no problems

had to drive up to front for breakfast since my husband uses a walker and the

good hot breakfast

breakfast did not meet expectations

breakfast was bland but edible. tv remote didn’t work

staff was super friendly and helped me with early check in

the snacks in a bag... my kids looooves to come down and get cereal and juice

it was a bit chilly but my kids still got in to swim and burn off energy after 8 hours in the car

we loved the breakfast, the best hotel breakfast ever

also the indoor pool was cold

we were provided with an early check in, upon request

we requested early check in and they had our room ready which was awesome

breakfast i rather had a better choice but i can understand with the covid but other than that it

very accommodating, they let us do early check in and always asked if we needed anything

pool closed 2 hours early and the gym was closed and they didn t tell me before i spent all this money on this hotel if i had known

the bathroom had an empty bottle of conditioner still on the wall and the room service was still closed for past reasons, yet they still advertised the restaurant

staff was super freindly the whole stay, kids even noticed

i also booked the room there because it had a gym, the gym was closed

nice as i had been driving for 8 hours straight and they were able to accommodate and early check in

pool decking gets incredibly hot

specifically chose this hotel for the pool to entertain the kids, and the higher end amenities to offer my sister a nice break from her usually hectic life

breakfast was amazing, spa treatment was incredible with maggie, rooftop pool, free bike rental.

small could not get a drink at the bar unless you made reservations no room service called for reservation at the restaurant and didn t confirm until 30 minutes before

in to a certain time and if it's before that certain you have to pay a upfront fee of 25 for a early check in

i needed to use the guest laundry however this property does not have it

breakfast not too good but ok

the beds was so comfortable and the pool was clean

front desk supervisor was exceptional, josue got us an early check in and had amazing customer

wifi was just about ok but we were in a corner room

no complaints, there was a pet fee of $50 that they removed because she was a service dog, but they should let people know if

restaurant for room service was not good and could make some improvements

the room service employees did not seem very knowledgeable about their craft beer selection

staff was very cooperative and they gave us the early check in as per our request

didn’t try the continental breakfast, but did take a peek and seemed to be plenty of choices to start the morning

were told our request for early check in would be on file, showed up early, were told we would get a text, then showed back

enjoyed everything, from the welcome to the early check in and late check out

front desk was great, needed early check in to get ready for wedding and they were able to accommodate us

treadmills in the gym are a bit too complex and one wasn’t working at all

the gym and the pool were closed due to constructions, the lobby was an entire construction site and

check in staff was polite and helpful allowing us an early check in

the pool looks great, although it was not in season

facility and great location of you want to be close to lookout mountain and downtown chattanooga breakfast was great
