requested early check in and our room was ready on check in arrival at 11 which made a big difference to our

staff at this hotel are so friendly and welcoming from check in, to cleaners, to bar staff everyone

had room service for tea due to a tummy upset the water was warm, i didn't report it until the next day

she allowed us to have un early check in and she gave us the perfect room

really great stay and enjoyed it at the hotel - right next door in walking distance to siam water park and the siam mall which has decent shops and a great supermarket

we found this to be a good base for visiting siam water park, which was lots of fun

my mom and my three kids, aged 11, 13 and 15, had a wonderful stay at rural vilaflor

can only gently suggest improvement in wifi in my room, but i was told this was better in the communal area so not a big issue for one
